Try using the bicycles available at the hotel, but be prepared for a less-than-ideal riding experience.

The G provides a beautiful, comfortable, and clean room with a complementary mini bar featuring canned drinks and chocolates. Quick check-in included a delightful ice cream welcome. I was particularly impressed with the attentive housekeeping team, who checked on our satisfaction each evening. The rooftop pool offers great views and a wonderful bar/cafe for relaxation. the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious each day, making the stay quite enjoyable.

The breakfast was a highlight! Plenty of food options and always replenished quickly. The pool was well-maintained and had enough loungers for the kids.

Despite being near shopping, getting a Grab was often frustrating due to traffic. The staff’s effort to make our anniversary special missed the mark. a cake intended for our celebration was incorrectly delivered, adding confusion instead of joy.

It was just a fitting option for a whistle-stop in Tanjung Tokong with value for money. I enjoyed complimentary ice cream during check-in, which was a nice touch. Make sure to check out the rooftop pool for great views.

i had a fantastic stay at the g! the deluxe king room was spacious with lovely wood finishes. the location is perfect, right next to gurney plaza. access to the rooftop pool added to the experience, and the gym was bright and well-equipped. the breakfast options were enjoyable and varied throughout our visit.

We had a lovely experience at this hotel, enjoying its fantastic location near major shopping centers and great eateries. Plus, we used the executive lounge for free snacks while relishing the rooftop vistas. Perfect for discovering Penang's gems with my family and boyfriend.

In my wife’s opinion, the bathtub could have been cleaner.
